I didn't realize it, but he is an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the 49ers and is coaching in the Super Bowl tomorrow.

Aaron Hill is the epitome of everything I like about college football. He was a former walk-on who went on to become a starter at the U, graduated, earned his Master's, had a cup of coffee in the NFL and then continued on his road to a successful life.

Awesome story. Loved him as a LB here, had no idea he was on their staff. Looks like either him or Damian Wilson will get a ring, two great recent Gophers.

Nick Rallis is also a defensive quality control coach for the Vikings.

We are pulling for Sheldon Day (49ers). He went to school with my kid (Warren Central, indianapolis). Played on same team, Day was a senior, our kid was a sophomore. Fed those kids every friday afternoon before the games, made thousands of PB&J, and PB & honey sandwiches. Good roll model, comes back every summer and runs camp here in INDY. Good luck to all.
