I had noticed a couple weeks back that he wasn’t enrolled in Spring classes, which made me a little nervous. Maybe he tested the waters, and decided to come back for his Redshirt Senior season.

I would be very surprised if he transferred as he is set to see major playing time at the U of M next year. He has a good thing going right now!

I wasn’t worried about him transferring. He might have been testing the NFL waters. He’s going to be a 5th year guy, after all. Do I think he’s a high end NFL prospect? No. Do I expect him to be in NFL camps as a fringe depth/practice squad prospect? Absolutely.

That’s awesome- hats off to Coney! I’m always impressed with guys that are able to graduate early, especially considering the time commitment of football they have to work around.

I guess his and PHs scholarships won’t count against the 85 like St Juste et al eh Highwayman??

I believe PFF graded Durr out pretty highly for much of the season, so there's no doubt he's on the radar of NFL teams. Needs to come back and do more next year, but he's got a shot at playing on Sundays. Pretty cool.

PFF graded him high last year too. He was the highest graded retuning Big Ten corner. He makes plays all the time that mostly go unnoticed, and they don’t throw his way that often. He’s solid, and I’m glad he’ll be back.

So great to see him bounce back after a tough injury four years ago. Doing well on and off the field.

Taking advantage of EVERYTHING the U of M and his scholarship affords him. I love seeing this.

Way to go Coney, one of my favorite Gophers

Noticed that Phillip Howard also graduated in 3.5 years.
Didn’t Howard enroll late because of needed entrance requirements he was lacking?

If so, I think lots of times guys get labeled or are deemed suspect.

Congrats to Howard whatever his path to graduate early.

I think this is almost standard operating procedure these days. Guys take classes in the summer, getting their full scholarships, including food and housing taken care of.
