It may have to do with the fact that the director of marketing is a very close friend, but still...
 



Five Guys prices for Aramark quality, and I won't even go to Five Guys due to their prices.

What a joke. People want quality food. They don't want roach bait at premium prices.

You can literally buy one of each of those items for less than it costs a family of four (4) at Williams Arena for armpit brats, bags of crumbs and bottled ground water.

I'm reminded of the days when my parents filled a Piggly Wiggly bag with popcorn and a Coleman thermos filled with lemonade for our trip to the Drive-in to see 'The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again'. I understand it now, Dad.
 







Maybe just give season ticket holders a 30% off concessions. I mean we all have the ticket app, put in a barcode to scan at the register.

Treat season ticket holders like a loyalty program vs just a ticket base you can continue to get max $ from.

Heck, lets even get creative on concessions. In the app, give me different deals each game. Or would even be ok with varaible pricing game by game. Dont charge me $18 dollars for the exhibition game vs ND. But by all means charge $18 when the badgers fans come to town.

Like any entertainment venue that gouges a person because there is no market competition, I simply don't purchase items that are extremely overpriced. I eat beforehand and get something afterward, but eating during the entertainment when prices are far too high is not an option for me. I go by the concessions at the Barn only to find my seat, use the restroom, or get a drink at the water fountain.

Once we get into parka season, there is almost no limit to what you can sneak into the arena. I think I'm going to bring a grill and some brats one of these nights.

What does your comment have to do with my choosing to eat before the game or after the game rather than pay exorbitant prices for poor quality food at the Barn concessions? I have no idea what your question is implying. Is it a joke you're telling? I see people laughed at your comment. Is it a Gen Z joke that is funny to about 10 people while the rest have no idea what the joke is? Let us know what your point is.

Non-students would willingly pay for college dorm cafeteria food? Really? I had trouble choking that shit down on Saturday mornings when it was free (well, thanks to my parents funding it), I was hung over and would eat just about anything.

I know it was at Drake, but I remember my Dad being stoked when he got to eat the all you can eat Cafeteria food while visiting. To be fair, there’s a big difference between eating it once in a blue moon and having to eat the same stuff almost every day. I know it’s to each their own, but we’re also somewhat talking about having to eat concessions…

No he is just calling you cheap in a super douchey way. This tells me he wastes a lot of money buying mediocre concessions and needs to lash out at the people who have more self control.

I would rather eat at Malcolm Yards, park there for free and then walk. Do that at Mariucci all the time. The U has always overpriced their crap.
