Good interview, Nick. But I think you should have asked Colt how tall he really is. The roster lists him as 6'10" and RSIII as 6'11", but out on the floor Iverson is clearly the taller of the two. I know teams always cheat on the height/weight thing. So is Iverson 7' or is Sampson really about 6'9"? Inquiring minds want to know.

Colton looks like he hit the gym hard this off season, he is definitely bulkier than last season... and tall! I know his height has been mentioned in a post here before, but in the UMD game he was noticeably taller than RSIII.

Consider it noted...Next time I talk to them, I'll ask. In fact, maybe I'll bring a tape measure and do it myself...it would be a great photo op, with the 5'7" guy (who would call himself 6'1" for the principle of it) measuring the 6'10" and 7'0" guy.

I think Iverson is 7 ft and Sampson 6-11 this year.

I seem to remember a game last year where a commentator said Iverson came in at 6'10" but is growing and is 7' in shoes. The gophers definitely measure their players in shoes and sometimes still add an inch. So 6'11" would be a good guess and what a joy to have him. I hope they continue to look to him in the post on offense. What other team has two near 7 footers with this much potential?
