Could Indiana make it up to the top 10-15 after opening against Old Dominion, Kennesaw and Indiana State?
Yes, they could if enough teams ahead of them loses, and they win decisively.Could Indiana make it up to the top 10-15 after opening against Old Dominion, Kennesaw and Indiana State?
Coaches Poll is know-nothing scum. College Football News is much better ranking the Gophers 26th in the preseason.Gophers had 11 votes I think 46th?
67 coaches voting this season. Wish we could see the breakdown of who each coach voted for, like the AP poll. The Gophers had 1-11 coaches voting for them.Gophers had 11 votes I think 46th?
Buffalo got a vote, so in theory that should be a more challenging game than Wisconsin?Gophers 46th:
Others receiving votes: Oklahoma 221, Missouri 142, Louisville 126, USC 116, Utah 86, Baylor 76, Auburn 50, Iowa 49, Memphis 34, Army 33, Tulane 31, Georgia Tech 27, TCU 24, Nebraska 19, Syracuse 16, Washington 15, Navy 14, Arkansas 14, Duke 12, Colorado 12, Minnesota 11, UNLV 8, Florida State 8, Kansas 6, Vanderbilt 3, Buffalo 1
Go Gophers!!
Wisconsin might not have a coach by November!Buffalo got a vote, so in theory that should be a more challenging game than Wisconsin?![]()
Lotta people back.Illinois at 12 is absurd.
If not them, it's the SEC's South Carolina so I'll take Illinois!Illinois at 12 is absurd.
Illinois at 12 is absurd.
If not them, then who?I'd be interested in hearing why you think so. Illinois finished the previous season ranked 16th in the country, and it looks like they have a fair amount of returning talent. They were 10-3, with losses to Penn State, Oregon and a pretty good Minnesota team.
