I am aware that I'm preaching to the choir here, but even the outsiders noticed it. This came about becuase of Xavier's 60-49 win over the weasels on Sunday. Some gem quotes in there:

Playing Badgerball is like watching a cobra digest a rat. It's interesting until it becomes tedious, in about a minute.

It gave Xavier an eight-point lead with 4:26 to play. Against the Badgers, that's gold in Fort Knox.

At practice Saturday, Xavier coaches stressed playing every possession for 35 seconds. They wanted the Musketeers to be themselves, with a little extra patience thrown in. And oh, yeah, rebound on the defensive end, unless you want Wisconsin to set up and add 35 more seconds of tedium to your day.
