Juwan Parker, a 6-foot-4 sophomore guard from Tulsa (OK) Booker T. Washington, became the first sophomore to win the Tulsa World's state player of the year award. Parker averaged 16.4 points and 10.8 rebounds per game and shot 40.3% from 3-point range to lead the Hornets to the Class 5A state title. He is considering several top programs, including Minnesota. GopherHole.com caught up with Parker this past weekend at the EYBL in Hampton, Virginia to learn the latest on his recruitment.
