David Simmet, a 6-foot-9, 300-pound tackle from Maplewood (MN) Hill-Murray, is one of the busiest high school athletes. He is playing AAU basketball, while preparing for summer football camps. GopherHole.com recently caught up with Simmet to learn more about his recruitment and summer camp plans.

He's a good kid; really good football player for coming out of Hill. Most of the top athletes at my old school are usually found playing a certain other sport.

Another son of a former stinkin' BADger. Hopefully like our future QB he realizes Minnesota is his home state and he would look good in maroon and gold.
