I personally love him. He's so even keel. Fans seems to want someone that's more emotional, but that's not how you lead a team through a grueling 82 game season.

Seems like a great guy and a true player's coach (for good or bad). My two (2) biggest complaints with Finch would be:

1. We never seem to have an established offensive scheme or playset which simply invites "hero ball" to the dance.

2. He waits WAY too long to call a TO when the other team is making a run.

I'm surprised that no team really pursued Nouri after last season.

He for sure is a player's coach.

I'd have to agree and disagree with point 1 - I think there are often good schemes...it's just not consistent. That's why it's been so tough to close out these games.

On point 2 - sometimes he does.

My thing is the combos, our certain combos go so well, and also, I'm happy with our bench players getting some starts, they've earned it.

With that being said, he's one of 2 coaches that have taken us to WCF. He's good. We're lucky to have him, and it's so ridiculous that Couch Commando Coaches have such a short term memory.

Also, with Micah Nori - no clue on who pursued him or not? I feel like it's so much less public than college pursuits.

Finch isn’t perfect but he’s better than most. No reason to change anything with the coaches.
