He had a nice era here in MN and is very well liked, but unfortunately he got really old overnight. But heck of a career, we're better off for having him with Wolves and will be hard to find anyone in NBA who will say a bad word about him.
 

@WindhorstESPN says the Timberwolves could have gotten Coby White in this deal if they wanted too. Says they are trying to get Giannis.

With Conley being traded a second time, that removes the 1-year waiting period for a return. I would expect he gets bought out by CHA and the returns to MIN on a Vet Minimum deal.

 

Who wants to bet nothing more happens now or over the summer, and this is just a salary dump to save $$$?
 

If they can't find an upgrade, getting Conley back for the vet minimum wouldn't be terrible. If they don't find an upgrade then not picking up White looks bad
