Charlie Jilek flips to Texas

Would be interesting to know in hindsight if he regrets the decision to transfer. I am sure he made decent money to be a part time player those final 2 years but I wonder if he would do things differently if he had another crack at it.
I do think we'll see more stories of borken dreams and incomplete educations becuase of the jumping around. I don't believe anyone (including the NCAA which should just go away) are prepared for what will be left in the wake of all of the changes going on in college athletics right now. As you said in another thread, it's sad.
 

Didn't even realize but apparently he left Texas after one year, ended up at Auburn and did next to nothing for them. Now is out of football and looking to become a coach.


Hopefully the money he got from Texas and Auburn was worth it because from a football standpoint transferring definitely didn't work out for him.
There was a regrettable back-and-forth here involving me for a long time with me saying that sucked ass and some other folks saying that he didn’t. He was completely unproductive here and at his subsequent stops.
