Terrible to see plays like that become illegal nowadays. Those are the epitome of football. Plus it should be on the defender to keep his head on a swivel. We saw it a couple years ago on Kenny Bell and also against the Purdue player on Cedric. There should be nothing wrong with those types of plays.

Agree. Clearly led with the shoulder. The helmet-to-helmet was incidental.
 

We should see the 4th string around the start of the 4th quarter. I wonder if he'll lead a touchdown drive too.

Stephen Collier, a high 3 star, will probably be ahead of him on the depth chart to start next year.
 

Man, Becky is getting embarrassed on national tv. Hate to say this bit it might have happened to is as well had we won last week. Ohio State's speed indoors on that turf is really evident.

I don't think OSU takes their foot off the gas. They will want to beat them as bad as possible to impress the committee.

Yep. Where are all the Leidner apologists? This is not anything against Mitch, more so the coaching staff. You have to go find a competent QB. I do not expect tOSU level recruits, but come on...this is their 3rd string QB. It is amazing to watch competent QB play.

Also, nice to see the real Joel Stave show up...
 


I had forgotten Ted Roof was the D-Coordinator for Georgia Tech.

While I don't disagree that we need better QB play, you can't compare us to one of the top programs in the country. Many of these top programs have very good QB's who never/hardly ever get to play. Matt Cassel threw 20 passes in his college career.
 


It would be interesting to see what Streveler could do at QB for Georgia Tech.
 

I love GT. They've moved into my top 5 favorite teams to watch. This is a thing of beauty. The precision is unbelievable. Plus, I love that their head coach has guys run plays into the huddle like we're back in high school.
