Connor Cook 15/31 256 8.3 2 0

MN v TCU
Mitch Leidner 19/35 197 5.6 1 0
Trevone Boykin 26/42 246 5.9 1 1

From a stats perspective, Leidner's performance wasn't near the trainwreck some say it was, nor was it even one of the 3-4 worst by a B1G QB

If you watched the Nebraska game, the tandem for BYU was unbelievable. Taysom Hill was 21/34 for 268 and 1 int, 1 td. He also rushed for 72. Injured his backup Tanner Mangum a true freshman was 7/11 for 111 and 1 TD. The Hail Mary. Combined 28/45 for 379 yards

On Mangum the true freshman needs an asterisk. He's completed a two year church mission I'm sure he's developed a level of maturity few true freshmen possess. He also tied with Jameis Winston at an elite 11 camp.

Stave went 26/39 228 5.4 2 1. Some here would take that over Leidner and that's completely crazy. The guy does nothing to enhance the run game. With the OL issues Wiscy showed against Bama, they will need to rely on Stave's arm more and that isn't going to get it done for them consistently. No way I would take Stave over Leidner IMO.
