Kiffin is a much better coach and recruiter than Brewster ever was.

That's not setting a very high bar, and Kiffin isn't really that much better when you look at:

He was a miserable failure in Oakland.

It's a LOT easier to recruit to Tennessee and USC than it is at Minnesota. A LOT easier, even with the USC sanctions.

Basement Brew has been more or less consistently employed since getting canned here. There are serious questions as to at what point anyone else will consider hiring Kiffin again. He'll likely end up going the Petrino route and having to start over at some directional school.

And this is coming from someone who couldn't stand Brewster from the day he was hired.
