It is time to come and think beyond the next couple of seasons. Build the d*ng practice facilities for both football and basketball! If you are an ugly date, you can at least dress nicely and smell good. Maybe, then you can have plastic surgery afterwords and get the hunk that you've always wanted.

This hire will determine if the practice facility gets built or not. There isn't a flood of money available from Gopher fans and I would assume much of the money recently pledged is conditional on a sensational hire.
