Guessing OSU will be ok without him even if he is suspended for our game. According to the story he was going to be competing with some other players for the starting safety spots this season.

Had to look up OVI - apparently that is what you get when intoxicated in your car but not driving.

I too had to look up OVI. He doesn't have a good track record as he has been arrested before. Believe it will be a 2-3 game suspension. However like said above, I doubt if his loss on the team will cause any issues at this point.
