BTN MN Suggestions

While I don’t tune in too much anymore on the BTN “Minnesota Football Classics Day” - seems within the last few years we’ve had some wonderful games to re-air if you will. Seemed like since the inception of the B1G Network, they would always televise the Illini game (when Wacker coached). Perhaps that is no longer aired (thank goodness). My question for GH’s would be the following: If you were in charge of MN Day on BTN, what would your re-air lineup be?

I'm a TV snob and since I have trouble watching the standard definition replays of old games, I will suggest more recent ones.

I'm a TV snob and since I have trouble watching the standard definition replays of old games, I will suggest more recent ones.

The university probably doesn’t want the Washington State game televised simply because of the commentary that would be broadcast along with it.
The big ten network isn’t going to broadcast any games that have the words sexual assault allegations or player boycott in them. Bad for branding

All home games are on either BTN, FS1, FOX, ESPN or ESPN2 per the B1G TV package.

You can forget FOX, since it is a Thursday game. But either of the others are fair game.

Does anyone know how we could get a video of this or 1994 game?

I would love to watch those 2 games again. WI public TV used to replay badger games back in the 90s. Otherwise, I'm not sure who else would have rights to it that we could get a hold of.

I was just a kid and watching these 2 games solidified my Gopher Fandom.
