His season stats.

I believe it's already been posted and/or linked to, but here is his highlight video in case you haven't seen it. Judging by his stats, the video is truly indicative of his actual shooting ability. He seems more like an undersized SG than a PG.

those junior stats are insane. 51% from the three?? Quick release. he could play a role.

Definitely looks like a guy whose professional future, if any, would be in the NFL. Great stroke though. Gotta love those lefties.

And here are his junior, sophomore, and freshman stats.

Yeah holy s**t! What consistency!

I think a guy scoring almost 18+ points a game since freshman year has some scoring ability. His football video was nuts, IMO. He has an accurate, consistent shot (has shot 50% in a lot of 3's over the past 2 years), but what I'm amazed at is the speed and quickness of this kid, especially on the gridiron. I think he'd be great in both sports; he could see time already next year as a shooting/defense specialist.

Thanks Plinnius.

A highly athletic guy who can really stroke it. WOW! This guy would be getting minutes on this year's team.

OTOH, count me as one of the skeptics who will be surprised (pleasantly) if he ever steps onto the court for Tubby's team. I think it's just too hard to play two time-demanding sports like football and basketball anymore.

How does the stack up with westbrook's gaudy numbers?

Quick release, and soft on the rim. Can't have too many shooters.

I would definitely agree that he looks for his shot first and is able to create his own shot. How many create current players can create their own shot off the dribble? I think he will have improve a weakness sometime during his college career.

It's cool that there are threads about him on both the football and basketball threads. Clearly this kid is an athlete. Hopefully he will be a big time player in at least one of the sports.
