It's legit discussion. What's this?

Projected as high as a #14 seed (e.g., in the Midwest region) and as low as a #15 seed, indicating they are in the mix for the mid-major automatic bid spots -- a potential automatic qualifier from the Summit League

After completing a four-year reclassification from Division III to Division I, St. Thomas is eligible for the 2026 NCAA Tournament.

The team's performance in the Summit League conference tournament in March will ultimately determine their placement.

It's discussion material.

I'm U of M alumni and buy lots of tickets, and a season ticket holder to two sports at the U.
Who cares?

I read here that his wouldn’t happen for years…
Far from a sure thing it will happen this season.

The School Thou Shall Not Mention Here will be one of the favorites, but there are at least two and probably three teams that can beat them. They'll have to earn it. That's life in a 1-bid league.

Yeah the Bison and Jacks will have something to say about it, I think the young guns at UND could crash the party as well

And I’m still not dismissing Denver. Dangerous if the game becomes a total shootout.

It’s all about matchups.
They have a good coach who came from MSU Moorhead, I think they are moving to the WCC next year, be curious to follow them. Hoping Niko gets them on the schedule sometime, amount some other schools

St Thomas has a hot freshman on the roster. If Coach M wants to poach - I mean sign transfers - from a local school, Nick Janowski is probably already a target.

There, now it's about the Gophers.
They have a few guys like Tyler Herro little bro who transferred down from HM I believe. Wasn't Janowski at Iowa State for a year and got hurt? Tauwr has a nice pipeline to the state of Wisconsin
