What a d!ck. Complete jerk to the sideline reporter.

The Grinch Who Squashed CBS' Sideline Reporters Patience

Anybody just see that interview with Bo Ryan?

I feel sorry fort the sideline reporter who had to put up with Bo Ryan being mean. Wow!

He's a genius, but he can really be an asswipe when things aren't going well for his team. He wanted no part of that interview.

Did not see this particular exchange, but believe that most of those halftime interviews are absolutely worthless. Other than injury updates, I fail to see much value in what the sideline reporters ever offer in any sport. Occasionally they may act as an additional color commentator, which can be worth something, but usually they do not need to be on the sideline to provide such comments.

Thought it was pretty funny - typical Bo - what would anyone expect?

Never been a fan of the sideline and coach interviews at half. Let the coaches do their job.

He did a Popovich. Who cares? It is a interview he probably is required to do. Soft, useless questions..

It's a necessary evil for a coach especially with Tracy Wolfenson, but grinch was really rude.

Spoken like a coach who just saw his team squander a 9 point lead in the last minutes of the half. What a jerk!

Right on, 19. These coaches have a hell of a lot more on their minds that to try answer some meaningless, time using, senseless questions by sideline babble heads. (Unless it's Erin Andrews, drop them all).

Can we get a Samantha Ponder exception too?

Still- facing the public is part of the deal. Bo is a jerk.

Most of the reporters and and analysis are clueless anyways. For example, Kellogg saying that the contact Berggren made just awhile ago was "incidental". I'm glad they didn't call a flagrant on the play but there is no way someone grabbing another player's neck is an accident.

I thought it was a foul, but after what happened with Richmond vs. Charlotte, they didn't want to have anything to do with it. It would have ended the game for sure. I am glad it was a no call, even with my dislike for the skunks.

I agree completely. Just thought it was funny how they were acting like it was just any old foul. He grabbed his neck for crying out loud.

Agree. Bo was clearly pissed about having to answer dumb, uninsightful questions from the token female reporter.

One thing I always felt proud of is how gracious Clem, Dan and Tubby were in those interviews ALL THE TIME, no matter what.

Agree.

TV = Money and these coaches want to make $2 mil plus per year they have to earn it...and the interviews are part of earning it. Fu_ck Bo Ryan!

The grinch is a dick. With his personality you can see why his players are whiney jerks as well. Hopefully Ole Miss will take them down.

I've never seen the value of sports interviews, but Bo was needlessly rude.

Wisconsin has never been about class. Never have, never will. Especially their so-called fan base.

They're probably loving the lack of class from Bo.

I am no fan of the Grinch but have no problem with his succinct answers to worthless questions. The sideline interview is a "feature" that should go away.

I agree that most sideline interviews are worthless but as others stated, it's part of coaching in today's world. He could have politely made up some mindless drivel to make it seem like he was answering questions.

Or, he could have gone Rick Majerus style and broken down the X's and O's of what went wrong in very technical basketball terms for all the home viewers. I loved that guy. He was the only one who gave real answers.

Hey guys thanks for tuning in and watching the Badgers in the Big Ten Championship game!! :D
