If the goal was to win just 9 or 10 games a season that would be fine. That isn't the goal. 2001 was the last time they finished ranked in the top 10, and 1999 was the last conference championship. Nebraska will finish 2013 unranked again. None of that is "good".

Finishing in the top 25 over half those years with 7 of the 11 seasons with at least 9 wins is good. Probably not great.....but you are nuts if you wouldn't consider it to be good.

Wow. That 2009 to 2013 trend is not looking good.
