Further research finds that Minnesota was rated Number 12 when the met the 1960 Cornhuskers. They were not rated. The Huskers finished the season 4-6. The media guide needs to be edited.

Yep, that's how I interpreted it. He was talking about non-conference games only. And yes, it was worded poorly.
