Blocked punts in 05 and 09 pretty much define UW and MN as of late

Two close games in 2005 and 2009 had big block punts late in the 4th quarter. Obviously we all know how the devestating block ended the 2005 game, but yesterday we block a big punt, but don't get quite enough of it, and it results in an incredible UW bounce and horrible field position for us. Those two blocked punts pretty much sum up the karma that surrounds each program. Ugh!

Alright, that's the last I'll post about yesterday's game.

Time to focus on Boiler Pete.

That, as they say, is the difference between winning and losing. If we just get a little bit more of the ball on that block, gophs probably win the game.
