Tomorrow is Black Monday in the NFL. teams will fired head coach.

Rams DC when KOC was the OC and they won the Super Bowl. Might be a logical Flores replacement if they don't promote from within.

Agreed. Not a good HC but should we lose Flores I’d be more than happy with him as a replacement DC.

This was the far more important move for Atlanta than bouncing Raheem Morris. I'm not sure if Morris is a good HC or not but Fontenot has proven to be one of the most clueless f*ng morons in the league for a number of years.

The real question is, does Rich McKay still have the ear off Arthur Blank because it's been McKay calling the shots in Atlanta for YEARS now, despite how much he and the organization try to downplay his involvement.

If McKay is still in the building, I doubt things change.

Browns bounce Kevin Stefanski. Not unexpected, but I really don't think he ever had a real shot there. Never really had a QB, and it's hard to work under the stench of that Cleveland ownership. Stefanski will get a job somewhere without a doubt, either as a HC or OC.

Mercy killing.

Firing Stefanski but keeping their GM tells you all that needs to be known about the incompetence of CLE ownership.

The Giants probably not a bad gig, certainly better than Cleveland or Atlanta

Not sure either of these guys would be at the top of my list but it's not surprising they are getting interviews. Apparently both Spags and the OC Matt Nagy will be getting calls.

Buckle up, Raider Nation!! Here we go!

It's not Pete's fault the roster is shit, from top to bottom, but this clears the slate and really opens the door for GM John Spytek and his UM college buddy/teammate Tom Brady to hand pick "their guy" moving forward.

It's hard to build a team when the ghost of Al Davis is haunting the building. I thought the Raiders would have held an exorcism before moving to Las Vegas. Raiders will still probably base their draft on 40-yard dash times and bench press reps.

The Raiders have had some poor coaching and leadership and some bad juju over the years but they are where they are now because of drafting. Like almost entirely. You just can't miss on these kinds of high picks like they have.

2019 4th overall - Clelin Ferrell
2019 24th overall - Josh Jacobs (a very good player, but playing for someone else now)
2019 27th overall - Johnathan Abram
2019 40th overall - Trayvon Mullen
2020 12th overall - Henry Ruggs III
2020 19th overall - Damon Arnette (guy had MAJOR red flags coming out of college)
2021 17th overall - Alex Leatherwood
2023 7th overall - Tyree Wilson

That would/should be the core of your football team right now. They hit on even half of those and this is a completely different team. You just can't survive missing on so many 1st round picks.

But I bet they all had great 40 times. I kid of course, but I am way old and I remember when the late Al Davis was running things and drafted guys like Jarmarcus Russell at #1 (well, just because).

I'd love to see Rallis end up at the U but he's not taking a step backwards now nor should he. It will be interesting to see how in demand he will be.
While rather unlikely, not unfathomable if he values a path to being a College HC someday.

I was kind of torn on this. I've been a Gannon fan for the most part, but the lack of success is hard to argue with, even though his QB situation is most definitely less than ideal. Kyler Murray has his issues, there's no doubt about it. It sounds like they are likely moving on from Murray this spring, but that could depend on the new HC and staff.

This is a unique job in Arizona. On the one hand, I have said here repeatedly that I think they have drafted well and they have a lot of good young talent on that Cardinals roster. Very good. Just needs to develop. That makes it a good job. However....

Bidwill is one of the worst owners in the league. Not the worst, but I would bet he's in the bottom 4-6. Very cheap, and the Cardinals on those recent player evaluations have shown as one of the worst in the league when it comes to facilities, meals, training staff, etc.; although they have taken some steps in the last year or two in regards to facilities since getting hammered in those surveys.

The word incredible is overused, but it's truly incredible how many head coaches the've had over the past several years and how short of leash they give them. Carroll is accomplished and talented, and if he can't do it, who could? I can't imagine they'll be able to attract anyone with anything on the ball unless they strike gold with a promotional opportunity, and even then, would they give that person the time and space they need to work their plan? It seems like a complete shit show.

If I’m B Flo, I wouldn’t touch that HC with a million foot pole.

He likely gets one more chance at a HC opportunity, and I would wait for the right fit. He’s only 44.
