This was a pivotal season for P.J. Fleck at Minnesota, and he delivered in a big way. The Gophers were in the mix for the College Football Playoff for most of the season and notched a huge win over Penn State in November. Even with a loss to Wisconsin that kept Minnesota out of the Big Ten Championship Game, Fleck still got the Golden Gophers to 10 wins and has provided a lot of optimism going forward.
