Big Ten Basketball Tourney rotating now between Chicago and Indy through 2016:

2012: Indy
2013: Chicago
2014: Indy
2015: Chicago
2016: Indy

Also, announced Big Ten Football Championship game in Indy at Lucas Oil Stadium every year from 2011-2015.

This seems to be a sensible solution. I like the alternating years. Indy runs a better tournament and has a better "tourney" atmosphere, which I like, but Chicago's good 'cause it's driveable and more centrally located for most B1G schools.
