No, its not the Ron Johnson who played for Minnesota. It is the Ron Johnson who did a lot of the pre-game and post-game stuff for FSN North about 2 or 3 years ago however...

so i was correct, it is our Ron Johnson. Former Wr.

I bet our Ron Johnson begs to differ

From a GH article

[Note – Since this interview took place, Johnson landed a job as a game analyst on the Big Ten Network. He’ll be working the Montana State – Michigan State game on September 5.

Just curious, why would you answer this guy's question so definitively when you clearly had no idea what the answer was?

Because the "other" Ron Johnson worked for BTN last year and did a lot of the similar stuff, I just assumed he was back with them again. I didn't read the other article.

See the "other" Ron Johnson's resume here:

I struck out this Ron Johnson (not the WR) at an intense wiffle ball game a couple of years ago. It was the highlight of my wiffle ball career.

Just so you guys know, they both qualify as "our" Ron Johnson. One was a WR for the Gophers and the other grew up and went to HS in Chaska.
