I don't know that the bigs have ever really left college basketball. It is the pro game where the traditional big man has been phased out in most cases.

But there are definitely some good ones going right now in the tournament and will be really fun to watch the matchup between Burns and Eddy.

Worth mentioning - since we're shopping for bigs - that DJ Burns basically replicated his per game rebound average from the SOCON in the ACC. He also increased the minutes he played per game, pretty incredible for someone his size.

The positionless basketball concept has taken over the last number of years. Just saying it is good to see bigs, which in turn helps teams that have good shooters....just saying! And I have watched the Big 10 the last decade.
