Robertson is a sophomore and Cotton is a junior. Guessing they don't have stars because they have not been evaluated yet.
Although Cotton has not been evaluated yet, he already has a couple BCS offers.

Berkley did well but lets put it into context, he won the Division 2 Championship and was 3rd overall in the state, the top time was 10.40 to Edwards 10.58. He definitely has elite speed but he's not the fastest kid in Michigan.
Yes, he was the fastest kid in Michigan. None of the Division I kids were close to his time. http://www.mhsaa.com/sports/girlstrackfield/2013finalsResults.aspx
The High School AAU record is 10.51. So to be it's fair to say that Berkeley Edwards is one of the all time fastest high school runners in history.
Michigan record or all time? Didn't Jeff Demps (Florida? WR right?) run a 10.01?
per Sid:
• The Gophers football team is looking to add speed to its roster, and there’s no better evidence of that than at the USATF Track and Field Championships this week at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Gophers running back recruit Berkley Edwards, who won Michigan state titles in the 100 and 200 meters for Chelsea High School, will compete in the 100 against Deron Thompson, a Kansas all-state running back who has been offered a scholarship by the Gophers. Thompson will enter his senior season at Wichita Northwest this fall and also has been recruited by schools such as Kansas State, Colorado State and Army. He ran a time of 10.68 seconds in the 100 meters this year.
