Ben Johnson Post-Game: Total team win, it's ugly, but we'll take it!

Here are the notes, not verbatim, just typing as Ben Johnson spoke to Grimmer and Al on KFAN post-game.

They began with Ben asking where the best steak house is in LA, Maestro's was what they decided on...Grimmer asked if they could go, Ben said yes and they'd pick up the tab. Grimm was like - well, if I'm picking up the tab, I'm for sure going!

They would probably go to Mastro’s Ocean Club since it’s close to the USC campus, but I prefer the Beverly Hills location.

Done with virtually all one year rental players places an asterisk next to it for me as far as projecting into the future.

I’m a numbers guy but not neurotic about it. But I do think the expanded conference and the even more unbalanced schedule call into question comparisons to the past. The one absolute comparable point is the win in Iowa City. All the others have sub points that make the comparison more questionable.
