If an asteroid has to hit earth, I really really hope the impact is centralized around KC at noon on Friday. The combination of Wisconsin and Marshall Henderson is just too much for me.

Added bonus: we'll probably get a pretty neat sunset from all of the dust and particulate matter in the air. I really can't think of a downside to this scenario.

I keep reading about the slow down Badgers, which is kind of fun.

The Badgers played 62 possessions a game this year and the Gophers 63. Tell you what, I can see why you all like that high flying Gophers squad. That extra possession a game makes for some scintillating basketball.

For someone who hangs around on here as much as you do anywhere else, you'd think you'd already know that most fans aren't happy with the offense and that's been a big reason for our lack of success. Not one person has said the Gophers offense is great. You're just making things up.

They win. If others don't like it, all the better. If Gophers fans hate the way the Badgers play while winning, it must be excruciating to watch the Gophers play at the same pace while racking up another losing record in the Big 10.

I get that the Gophers can't just win, they have to win the right way. That is a hell of a lot of pressure for the coach of the program.

This year for example if the Gophers won the Big 10 playing 63 possessions a game while the Badgers played 62, the Gophers would have been ripped by their own fans for being slow and boring.

You'd think after a good BT tourney run, Wisconsin fans wouldn't be this insecure.

Man, I did not like seeing Marshall Henderson and Miss but I feel we are too physical and talented but Miss has a chance for sure. I really like MN chances over UCLA; Rodney matching up against Shabazz.

The Badgers can lose to anyone this year, as they proved by losing at Minnesota. That being said, Mississippi is the type of team that plays right into their hands. I expect the Badgers to win, but nothing would shock me. The good news is that they can beat anyone as well, which makes a nice little run not out of the question.

Boy, Mississippi played right into their hands. At least they kept it within 15.
