I toured the ship with a crew member in Oakland about 20 years ago and I'll be checking out the game on TV unless my schedule prevents it. An interesting event that will apparently benefit the military at no taxpayer expense. Nothing not to like about that, IMO.

Here is the ESPN Link. I think it is a great idea, especially since they are doing it on Veteran's Day and only opening up 750 tickets for each school which I assume would be for the students maybe and the rest of the seats are dedicated to the military and wounded warriors. My only question is when will the Gophers get to the level of play and notoriety that they are invited to do unique things like this?
