I honestly did not see 2 commits coming today. they must've seen our players care so much for their coach Kill. seeing is definitely better then any words that can come out of any coaches mouth during recruiting
 

A soft verbal? On the day of his commitment? What's up with that?
 


What do you mean by soft verbal? I see no mention of a soft verbal?
 



Oh I didn't even see that. He soft verballed awhile ago I thought? And at the bottom it says he's committed.
 

I also thought it was old news that he was a soft commit? But if he's a solid commit now, Welcome Barrington!!! Two excellent recruits in one day!

No, he's still a soft verbal. I just read a thread on GI with a comment from Zach re-affirming that. Just a late update form Rivals. I doubt Kill is counting it in his commitment totals. This is more for the scouting services. Hopefully he gets up for a visit soon and fully commits.
 



I think that Barrington Morris is in the same position Jamel Harbison was prior to his visit, just needs to visit to be sure, it'll stay a soft verbal until then. The difference is that Harbison never used the "C word".
 

He probably liked his experience and the coaching staff, players, stadium, university etc etc.... but losing at home to NMSU could make even me a soft verbal, and I would have killed to play football for the Gophers.

Except he was already a soft verbal. But yea, don't let that get in the way of blaming it on the NMSU loss...
