If I'm understanding correctly, the pick involved in this trade was originally Phoenix's that they got in the Copper trade. So Lynx would still able to swap up with Sky original pick.

There were "reports" that over half the league, including the Lynx, removed Reese from their Draft boards because of her toxic behavior.

We ended up with the Round Mound of No Rebound. Missed opportunity...at least the Vikings took a swing drafting Randy.

Rachel was having a pretty decent run with Connecticut. She was getting minutes and had the support of the Sun players and coaching staff. I get that it was a business move in the long run. Hopefully she can get minutes with the Sky. Plus, the cool part, she is closer to home now.
