Go Gophers!!

They look like a bunch of guys whose girlfriends make out with other guys.

Also, I posted something similar earlier, but I'm going to enjoy posting this again now that the list is one item shorter:
Gophers Road to BTT Championship:
1) Beat a team we've already beaten
2) Beat a team we took to overtime on the road
3) Beat a team we should have beaten had we taken care of business down the stretch

Maybe someone will step under Josh Gasser while he's shooting. Seriously, if that guy hadn't taken out Andre Hollins, we might have secured a tournament bid already. I don't hope anyone gets injured, but that little move cost us probably two games at least, and I'm kinda bitter about it.

Send Kendall Shell in to do the dirty work.

Anyone have a link to a video of that epic comeback in madison a few years ago?

I love the Gophers, I think Pitino has done a great job and I don't claim to be a great bball mind. However I believe Pitino has made a serious error in judgement with allowing Smith to launch up 3 pointers with little time off the clock and no prior offensive ball movement. Smith single handedly destroys momentum and creates numerous opportunities for teams to get back into games without having to work hard on defense. I don't believe people realize how detrimental this is in the course of an intense, serious game. It ruins flow, dampens spirits, deflates optimism for our team and has an equally positive impact for the opponent. There isn't another big-time, successful coach in the country who would allow this to take place. Smith should not see the court against Wisconsin if Pitino truly wants to win the game. In my 40 years of watching hundreds of high school and college games, I can't recall a more obvious coaching decision that must be made.

Let's leave no doubt today - I want to win by 30. Go Gophers!

I've always thought this approach with Wisconsin would be appropriate:

Better dead than RED!!! Go Gophers!!

He's probably thinking that Malik needs to get going if they are going to make a serious run in the BIG tourney and NCAA's. Not sure at what point he would be willing to call off this bet.

I'd honestly have Mav in there. He might make an extra turnover or two, but at least he'll hit the open 3.

Nah, Mav will turn it over more than just once or twice, plus he can't play D, make good passes, or penetrate at all. Malik is actually a pretty good role player when he isn't forcing his shot. And we are waaaay over due for a huge performance from Malik. I'd continue to roll the dice with him.

How would you know? He always forces it.
