I think we've all said we have to beat Wisconsin to have a good shot at making the tournament. Eye test matters little for this game.

Good to grind one out and find a way to win. Knew with the way the game was being called early it would benefit Penn State with so much clutching and grabbing from them being let go. Chambers has quickly rose to the top of the list of most annoying coaches in the B1G after crying about almost every call even though Penn State really benefited on most calls/non-calls. Austin really played well again and need a few guys to step up like him and play to their potential. Gotta come ready to go right from the tip and hopefully find a way to win.

I'm old enough to have seen John Mayasich play for the Gophers.
Occasional visitor there. I love all Gopher sports. Back in the 1970's during my 5 years at the U, I rarely missed a football, basketball, or hockey game. Since student season tickets were all GA and in the balcony, I would run up the stairs each game to be able to sit in the front row, no more than 3 seats off the center or red line.

Just want to point out that Sid Hartman chimed in with a negative post when the lead got down to 3 points at the end of the 1st half. Since then he has been MIA. Classic troll move.

Austin took heat but no one said he shouldn't be on the floor. That is asinine. I think people expected more from a senior of his talent level.

He was having one of the most disappointing senior seasons in recent memory. Kudos to him for stepping up the last few games though, we'll need him tomorrow and beyond (NCAA or NIT).
