Gophers are just frustrating because I think they are legit good but they consistently get really really bad games from a couple players a game, what kills them. Rarely they are all playing good at the same time.

Yeah ..with her and Braun struggling with shot, here is where like to see Coach P go to Makena Christian for more then 1 minute to see about getting an offensive boost. Christian plays solid D too so that shouldn't be the issue.

It’s just isn’t going to happen with this team is it? I know it’s a road game against a top 10 team but other teams can figure it out and go and do it. I know Gophers have a great defense but to beat good to elite teams you need to put the ball in the hoop. Grace needs to touch the ball on every possession.

The Good:

Defense (for the most part)
Free Throws (when we got to the line)

The Bad:
Coaching ( coming off a bye week and your team can’t figure out a press)
The inability for Hart and Tonga to function in the pant. Seniors who just don’t get it. At this point I would play small ball with Glenn.
McKinney looked lost and scared. Probably her worst game as a Gopher

I’m just lost at what it’s going to take for this team to get to the next level. I wasn’t expecting a win today, but when the other team plays horrible you have to take advantage. Take Olson off that team I think we win by 10-15 which makes it’s worse.

I agree we are a good team defensively, offense is another story. A double screen here and there with very little ball movement. It’s just a bunch of girls out there dribbling trying to create their own shot. If we didn’t have GG would have been smoked playing ISO ball

Seemed like the game turned as both Tonga and Hart had offensive fouls, wiping out made baskets and awarding flagrant foul points. We just could not recover after that sequence.

Great defense and below average offense IMO. How a team can be this good defensively yet no athletic ability on offensive end.

Held Michigan 20 points under average but they did same to us.

I know I’m hard on Hart; but, I just want her to wake up and dominate.
I wish Tonga had Harts height, and I wish Hart had Tongas post moves.
They both have around 15 games left of college basketball, now is the time.
I can’t tell you the last game where Hart didn’t have a travel or a three second violation.
