Of course technically they moved up one spot due to Oklahoma St dropping a couple spots from their loss to Houston.
Oklahoma St getting ranked only to lose a Quad 4 game is proof I shouldn't care who is ranked or not since nobody knows or there is barely any difference between teams after the obvious top dozen or so teams.

"Technically?" The way for any team to move up is for another team to move down.

Also, when our opponents we've already played defeat good teams, that improves our NET score. The Gophers beat Houston.

MN made the "almost famous list" again today (not Top 25) in The Athletic. UCLA #1, USC #4, MD #7, OSU #10, MSU #18, and Neb #24.
