B.J. Omot will miss summer workouts with a leg injury.

Being a lifelong Minnesota sports fan, I assume the worst. I remember Parker Fox when he transferred in and the word was he had a minor knee injury......UGH.

Didn’t he miss most of last season with injury? Is this a new injury or a not completely healed one?

TBD, obviously.

But on paper it seems like Niko has put together a lineup that has depth for someone to step up.
I figured he would be closer to the “big” category than most of the others and that’s the thinnest part of the roster depth wise.

BJ is a three man. He's 185/190 pounds meaning he will be at the three with Bobby Durkin or Cade Tyson at the four when the Gophers go smaller and use the wing forwards together. Four rebounds a game from your three man is decent, but at 6'8 you would like to see it a bit higher.
