Attached thumbnails?

I'm technologically challenged. Accidentally, I just added two thumbnails instead of regular pictures to my post in the All Things Tyus Jones thread. How did I do this?

Also, I've noticed some pictures are full size, and some are always much smaller. How do you make pictures full size?

Never mind. Just figured out how to make them pictures again instead of attached thumbnails. Still don't know how to make pictures full size, though.
