Women's Volleyball is the played at a very high level, the team is Nationally Ranked, and they win at home. Its great! Thanks for the article.
 

If the Gophers are going to make another run at a national title, these next 4-5 years will be the time to do it!
 

One thing is for sure, coach Hebert is definitely covering his bases on the recruiting front. Looking forward to seeing how our #1 ranked recruiting class meshes with the returners this season. Add to that the commitments of Wittman, who looks to be an awesome recruit, and her national team teammate Dixon for 2010 and the Gophers look like they are going to be loaded in the next few years.

I know that coach Hebert spoke pretty openly about wanting to win a national championship over the next few years when talking about this year's class. And it looks like he's bringing in the players to potentially make it happen. :clap::clap:
 


As someone who does not follow much volleyball in the least bit except playing beer league sand ball, I would highly advise anyone with slight interest in the game to go watch Wittman play for Shakopee. It is unbelievable how she can take a game over.
