Federal court decisions are further mucking up the NIL situation as far as the NCAA is concerned, but could the NCAA return to the one year sit-out for transfers? That would go a long way toward reducing the anarchy we see in college football today.

I see no way that a 1 year sit-out is reinstated. The toothpaste is way out of the bottle on this one. NCAA conceded (or lost) nearly all of its power and leverage.

Correct! The NCAA has become pretty useless as a governing body in the NIL era.
