Anyone notice Amir Coffey and Cam Christie playing against the Timberwolves last night?

I was pleasantly surprised when I flipped on the TWolves game last night and saw two former Gophers on the floor playing with the Clippers. I just assumed that Christie would be playing down in the G League. Is he really good enough to be on the Clippers roster?

Christie was just added to the Clippers. That was his first NBA action.

He'll be back in the G League when the Clippers get an injured player or two back.

There was a cool moment where Amir appeared to congratulate Cam on his first NBA bucket when a timeout was called shortly after his dunk.

Amir has been having a nice season for the surprising Clippers. At times its felt like his NBA career was hanging on by a thread and now he might get a nice deal as a UFA at the end of this season.

I didn't watch but checked the box score as the Nuggets crushed the Clippers in Game 7.
Cam Christie played 7 minutes and scored 5 points and ended up plus 11.
Coffey didn't play but 12 guys did play for the Clippers.
Balmer's money can't seem to get the Clippers any traction.

Christie should have played this year and probably next year in college. Bummer

Harden is a talent with a loser mentality.

The Clippers needed Coffee. Their bench needed help in the Denver series.
