Jersey Mike's Arena is essentially a smaller (8,000), less historic (1975), and much less architecturally charming version of Williams Arena. #4 is wild for that place.

Agree 100%. The RAC got a small rep for upsets and "being spooky" a minute ago, and I think that is still carrying weight for Katz.
 

The RAC from the outside is incredibly UGLY. I mean if you've never seen it, you can hardly believe its a basketball arena when you walk up to it.

The list is a joke. Entirely meaningless. Does he propose this to be from the fan’s perspective? The player’s? The media?

I have been in the Kohl Center and Assembly Hall. Both are dumps. Assembly Hall is badly in need of renovation.

A 100% capacity crowd at the RAC probably carries more weight than a 40-60% capacity crowd at the Barn.
