Andre Ingram

Coleman has hit the front of the iron a few times this year too.

Ingrams dunks are odd because he seems to have plenty of elevation.

Every team could use a Jason Stamper like hustler.

Didn't Zach Puchtel play on that same team? Same type of player though not as talented. Players like these three also don't need set plays for themselves to make a contribution. They basically get their baskets on toughness and hustle. Also, might be another example of folks around here too quick to discard someone. Doubt we're ever going to be a team of highly rated recruits. Obviously, you need a stud or two, but most of the rest need to play a role on offense and work their butt off on defense and rebounding.

To bad he won't see to many minutes next year if Mbakwe comes back. :(

Ingram has played well but let's not get carried away. If he's playing more than 5-8 minutes a game next year we're in trouble in B10 play. His hustle is nice but he's not a great athlete and brings nothing offensively (the kid's missed 2 dunks in 4 games). He's a decent option as a 3rd center or 3rd PF but that's about it which I suppose is why it's impressive that he's bringing something to the team at this time

I agree. The important thing is this wasn't a wasted scholarship. Where we want to got next year he will be needed. Helped us win 2 games this year, hopefully the same next year.

I would say he's a decent athlete. He's probably 6'6" 230. so very undersized to be playing center even on a mid major team. I could see him getting minutes at the 4 if trevor doesnt return, playing with EE or MO at the 5.
