I have made comments about this previously, but in my opinion Andre Hollins will be in the NBA draft in 2013 if the Gophers win a few games in the tournament.

Could not be more wrong

3 impressive game in the NCAA tourney could easily elevate a player like Andre into the top 60. Worked for Royce who wasn't on any draft boards prior to the dance.

White was always NBA-legit. The "draft boards" that you view are the issue.

White was one NBA draft boards when he was entering the U. Not sure where you get your information but most early mock drafts has him in the 2nd round until mid January then he started to climb into the first round. He would have been rated higher earlier if it wouldnt be for his off court issues.

If Andre Hollins enters the 2013 draft, it means one thing: He flunked out.

You mean the guy who could have gone to Harvard or Stanford? I think it would be more likley that he somehow graduated in two years.

Royce White has always had a very unique set of skills. Frankly, i'm not sure he' ll make it in the nba. The 3 gophers - unlikely..... Nice college players however. Rodney cant shoot, trevor is undersized and andre is not quick enough for the nba

NBAdraft.net has Hollins as a 1st round pick (30th) in the 2014 draft. That's a very on par and realistic prediction.

NBAdraft seems to love the Gophers. They have Dre, Austin, Trevor, and Rodney all being drafted. Not that it can't happen, but it would be a little surprising to see all 4 get drafted. NBAdraft has alway struck me as having some crazy predictions for their high picks -- mainly from kids from really small schools going top 10.

2:40 in the morning? Even I don't stay up that late!

Draft boards are garbage, but I looked and all of them. He was not top 60 that season on them until the dance.

Maybe you should write another article- Setting Expectations: Andre Hollins Part II.

White was on them from mid season on and was a borderline 1st rounder in a lot of those boards. He moved up after the tourney. Most of these 'draft boards' are based on the owners of the site's opinions. Guys like White that are under the radar to the general public won't be on those boards right away but they blow up in the evaluation process after the season. White dominated the B12 so he was getting attention but the media wasn't talking about him

I'm positive Royce wasn't in the top 60 on espn or nbadraft.net until after the Kentucky game. A lot of the other sites didn't include the second round & he was not listed in the first. I didn't pay much attention to any of the small 'Joe Blow' in his basement mocks. What specific mock draft sites did you see him on or do you deem creditable?

Regardless, he's a millionaire now.

Didn't mean he would. Commenting more on our luck recently. I should have been heavier on the sarcasm.
