I don't think so. We have Lipscomb coming in from texas, who is also a 4-star RB. Returning players on our roster include, Bennett, Eskridge, Salamon, and Whaley. That is a lot of depth already to spend a scholarship on a player who has only 2 years left. I don't see it happening unless the JUCO is a freak athlete or something.

Six foot, 220 lbs with 4.4 speed, I think he'd be a perfect addition to the new power running game.

220 lbs, 4.4 40, 4 stars = ZERO offers in the middle of January? I don't buy it. There is something wrong here. Gotta love these JUCO guys. Might make a decent fullback but I believe he wants to be more of a feature back.

I say yes. Nothing against the young guys we have coming in. Even Shady, Eskridge, and Bennett play well. It is just hard to win games in major D1 football with 18 and 19 year olds - I know Bennett will be in his 3rd year, but is coming off of a major injury.
