An emotional Coach Fleck opens tonight’s postgame press conference talking about this week’s tragedy and how football is the smallest thing happening

Will say, the guy despite saying he does not want to be a politician, would seemingly be a good one. He is a good leader of people who maintains a level head and truly do believe he is sincere in what he says and preaches

Well said PJ and thank you for being an excellent leader in a challenging time

Fleck seemed to want to say something, while at the same time wanting not to say it.

It's probably better to either say it or not say it, rather than to say it without saying it.

Have several older extended family members who used to attend both the school and the church. Devastated for the entire community. The other users here have said it already, PJ is a great representative of our program and the U. Big hugs, abrazos to anyone out there who is connected to Annunciation.

The best leaders/politicians are those who don't think they should be/don't want to be!

This is one of our big Achilles Heels in the US. Our private sector has always been so strong and so enormous that there is no real incentive for our smart young people to seek careers in the public sector, which then leaves these jobs to ideologues, grifters, and weirdos (or simply mediocre talent) from all sides. You even see it in the military vs. private defense organizations.

Dean Phillips was (sadly, was) one of the best politicians I have ever seen, at least in this aspect.

This is what great leadership sounds like and it happens every day with this program, not just in season.
