Wow, you're right. I was skeptical at first...but the ignore feature is quite soothing. It's like telling someone to shutup and having them listen to you.
 

Millions, much like Royce in a dorm-room you may be getting unfairly rail-roaded in this post due to your past. However, like Royce, you are at least partially to blame for that.

And frankly, while I don't actually doubt that you may have had the conversation in question, without knowing who it was, it's pretty meaningless. Other NCAA coaches respect Tubby and think he's a class act? Shocking. I've never heard that before. As noted by another poster, the parts you quoted are completely benign and I don't think your friend the coach would give two bits if you quoted him.

(POV) does not make me a duplicate poster or a troll. If these knuckleheads want a totally pure PRO-GOPHER board, then they should start one or kick out every poster they disagree with. Now, I am going to keep his name quiet mainly because there were some other things we discussed that were a lot more were more private in nature and he is close friends with a couple of Tubby's current staff....I simply wanted to highlight what we all know and as I said--there were no new revelations. I just felt that we just needed a little perspective and positivity....it is that simple....if I am trying to prove something to someone I certainly could name him---but I really am not. As I have said, I really don't care if people beleive me or not. I am just sick of these knucleheads who major in the minors and find anyone with a alternate POV a troll, a kentucky Supporter, or a duplicate name guy....

fresh Trout--in reply....Honestly, my source is very impressed with Iverson. He thinks CI is having a typical Sophmore slump. The things you can't teach are soft hands and quickness---but you can help him become a more effective player by teaching him how to finish around the basket, working on his outlet passing and high post pick and rolls, and of course defensive awareness. SOme of these skills will just come with time and hard work. He Physical enough but needs to become stronger. He may Never be all big10, but he can be a very effective Center. Other than that, I agree with him.

My issues with the program and the future of the Athletic dept have to do with a lack of confidence in the AD's office.I tink Tubby is a great coach and hope we can keep him around till he retires.

I agree that Tubby is running a very good program, has brought the team back to respectability and for the long term we will be glad to have Tubby Smith. I just didnt see the potential in CI. Hope I am wrong....and hope he is right.....

What a group of wackos. M2S puts down a conversation he has with a real coach from a real ACC team regarding MN hoops and the lot of you are all over M2S. You guys are unbelievable. It just shows your jealousy because you've never even come close to talking to a real NCAA coach. I believe him as why would he make that up. It was mostly positive on the Gophers and you all have accused him of being anti-U of MN at some point in the past.

The entire group of you should be put on probation and suspended from this room for a while for being complete "morons". You add absolutely nothing to any conversation you're involved with on here and you just attack anyone who makes a good point that you were not smart enough to think of. I hope you don't put me on ignore because it is fun picking on you all, the mental midgets.
 

So, M2S was 'smart enough' to think of this? Seems appropriate....

So let me get this straight:

You join GH about 3 weeks ago.

You create 2 user names that back up every point that the other name says.

You realize both user names have the same locations in Indiana (one of them not being a real town), so you change them 3-4 times within an hour in your profile to throw people off.

You go off on anyone that knows you are posting as the same person, saying that they are "psychos" that are crazily into conspiracy theories, "black helicopters," etc.

You then say that anyone that calls you out on your lying will end up like "Bronko" and be banned (yet you admittedly had no idea why Bronko was banned in the first place, or even who he was, nor who does the banning on GH, nor what constitutes a bannable offense).

Then you say that people who question/disagree with your often radical opinions are "racists."

Then you say that many posters attack you "Rodney King style."

Then you equate yourself with Rosa Parks, saying you "refuse to sit in the back of the bus" on this site.

Then you call longtime, well-respected GH posters "Nazis", "part of the Union Gestapo" and say they belong in Jonestown.

Now, despite the fact that you've been a member of this site less than a month, you demand that people only "comment on basketball," and threaten that you will somehow "ban them from this site" if they don't comply.

This board is all about blackmailing, threatening, and making untrue assumptions about users posts...as I stated previously M2s put together a great post. If you ask me it's 100 percent legit.

I do not comment on politics or call people racists. All I have ever said is that Universities tend to be left leaning that contirbutes to some of the attitudes about winning that this University has. I don't care about peoples political leanings,etc. Go back and review any of my posts to fing Gesapho,Racism,rosa parks, etc...You will not find any. I have been hard on people who seem to have issues with winning. Some people say they want to win but don't have a clue what it takes to be a top D1 program. I have also been on a mission to hold Joel Maturi accountable for this disaster we call an athletic program. I am sure Joel has many friends on this site and it is hard to look at the truth of it. Also, regaring the HOLYer than thou puritans on this board, I have a different point of view about that as well. I do not really care about someones politics, who they voted for and am interested in having discussions around basketball and Gopher AThletics. If this explaination does not work for you, then I will suggest you also put me on ignore.

By the way, I am not missedlayup and live in Marins Del Rey, California.
