There is certainly gold in the barn afterall. Can we all agree better than Scoggins or Hansen?
 

I like Chip. Miller is the actual beat writer.
 

Eh... who said anything about the quality of their writing?!

Rayno is by far the best local "beat" reporter.
 

She's better looking than Chip Scoggins, but if I am looking for check out girls online, I don't think Rayno is in my top 50000. That said, I like her writing.
 



Next time you start a thread like this, please do me a favor and include a picture.

I've never seen her. Kind of a lousey comment isn't it judging someone as to their appearance?

I agree - and for the record, Amelia is a very attractive woman....but her writing and coverage of hoops is what impresses me. Why on earth is this on the FB board, btw? She's our bball beat writer.

And for the record, I think Chip is doing an amazing job. There are columns when he takes the words right out of my mouth, and tells a story like I never could. I've said it before, the Vikings loss is our gain.

Someone said next time include a picture when you mention her, and it's hard to argue there are a lot of other women that people would search for on the internet just to look at. I think that was the point.
 



just for the record Chip was the Gopher football beat writer, he replaced probably the best writer on the staff at the Star Tribune, Raechel Blount. That lady can craft a column, or cover a story. She and Chip both have more than an interest in Gopher Athletics.
 

I always thought Chip did a good job as the Gopher football beat writer, but Phil Miller is great too.
